How many times is it reusable??

Maybe twice with just the glue on the stickers but you can apply some wetness and it sticks perfectly many more times

Yes, I believe it's imported. Though I am not 100% sure it's made in China. Also these importers are Indian folks trying to make a living too. Final call is the customers of course.
