Not really. It's a beautiful soft and elegant nightgown. I really love it.

It shows a long sleeve model in one color and a short sleeve in the other, is this accurate?

The one I have have in pink is short sleeve.

What size would someone suggest for me? I’m a 38C

I personally like my nightwear to fit loose so I would get XLG, however if you prefer snugger fit then get LG.

No. It's definitely not silk. More like satin.
