Do not waite your money!
This is an absolute false claim!!! This product was advertised to help me with the ringing in my ears..."Tinnitis" it's nothing more than a wet fluid that has NO RESULTS!!!

The drops did not work for me
There are many causes of tinnitus and this product does work for me. It may work for somebody else. I do like this brand and have used other homeopathic remedies with great success.

Mixed feelings.
My mother says it works miracles. Me--it doesn't work at all. Not sure if it's just a placebo effect that's working on my mother or because my symptoms are stronger than hers. No way to determine.
