The product looks great in photo. however , there is a lot to be improved in terms of quality. First off, the assembly should not require any screws, since this is to be given to a child to play. The recommended age for playing is 36 months and above. The product is reported to be EN71 Certified. However it has screws in it whcih are required for assembly. EN71 -1 is concerned with the mechanical and physical elements of the toy. In short it is checking to see if any of the mechanical or physical features of the toy could injure a child whilst it is being played with/used. The toy is listed for use by 36 months and above. The presence of screws, which dont even fit properly, creates a risk of injury to the child

Stickers were already applied. Plastic quality not good. Locks for pieces not functioning properly. It feels that the product was opened once and packed again. Manual was missing. No guidance for assembly. Dolls quality not upto the mark. Colour selection ok.

This is a very good toy for 5+ Kids, Especially Daughters. They would enjoy arranging this house. Come pre assembled, Stickers needs to be applied, which is a good activity for kids and they enjoy doing that, Granular details on movable parts which fall off even with slight movement, if addressed this is a good toy, Expensive considering its all plastic (Plastic made and movelable parts fall off easily are the only concern) rest all is good.

I gifted this product to my daughter on her birthday. She absolutely loves it. The product is as per specification but the only problem is pasting stickers on items as there is no instruction given. Had to take the help of youtube for assembly. Aboslutely recommend this product.
