Valvoline ZEREX G-05 Antifreeze Coolant is a long-lasting, fully formulated ethylene glycol based liquid for passenger cars, light trucks and large vehicles. This formula is designed for both gasoline and diesel engines. Low silicate, pH reduction, phosphate free European technology protects all cooling system metals, including aluminum from corrosion. The ZEREX G-05 is a nitrite containing coolant designed to protect the diesel engine cylinder liner from cavitation. Contains sediment control additives to protect against hard water deposits and scales. ASTM and other test data displayed on this sheet reflect a high performance corrosion inhibitor package. The ZEREX G-05 is diluted 50% with water to protect modern engine components from winter freezes and summer boils. Concentration range is recommended from 50% to 70% for optimal corrosion protection. ZEREX G-05 is compatible with other premium brand coolants commonly available. Includes a high quality defoaming system that will not scratch hoses, plastics, or original vehicle finishes.
