This bike is made with junk materials. I've had the bike for less than a month and the pedal is stripped off the crank arm rendering it useless. I would have been seriously hurt when the pedal came flying off and fell off the bike. Seller does not respond to request for replacement parts. Avoid this bike as there are better ones there.

I’ve been riding this 500W electric bike for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed my daily commute. I am a long-time BBI Certified Bike Mechanic and have assembled, built, and repaired many bikes by many manufactures over the years. I was curious how this assembly would go, relying only on the provided instructions and tools which came with the bike (instead of using the convenience of my own bike shop, tools, equipment, and build experience). This bike can be assembled by the average person who can follow instructions.I have had this bike for two weeks. The best part is it was delivered with the battery fully charged. It took me about an hour to assemble, with breaks, and I was out riding the bike the same day of delivery. The bike is quality solid build. It has good disc brakes and good battery range. The front and back fenders are plastic and a little flimsy, but they do their job of acting as splash guards. The bike does slow down going up hills, but has the power to conquer the hill with pedal assist and throttle. The head light is nice and bright. It is a nice looking bike and a good ride with a good price point of just a little over $400.Positive Impressions:- Product packaging is fantastic and arrived in perfect condition- All tools needed for assembly are provided- The instructions are stellar, in the proper sequence, and well illustrated as if written by a professional mechanic- Solid frame build, good components, noting the rear derailleur was (amazingly) properly adjusted out of the box- Good battery life and distance capability which seem to match the advertised ratings- On fairly flat riding surfaces the bike can maintain 20 MPH without need to pedalNotes:- Box weight on arrival is 65.5 pounds- Built weight 53.5 pounds- Rear luggage rack: Bike does not come with this option, but it should be noted the frame has all the lugs to add one if desired- Headlight: Bright white LED- Paint Schema: Matte black with white accents- Frame material: Welded steel
