This year I started a garden and i'm using this to make some really great recipes. It's also great for grinding up eggshells to use in my garden. It works great, and I like the weight of it. It's solid and it takes me no time to grind anything I put in to it. It came with a little brush for cleaning, a small spoon and a pad for it to sit on when i'm using it so it doesn't move or scratch the surface. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mortar and pestle set.

Got this for my partner since he always wanted one. I wanted to find one that was sturdy, easy to clean, and worked like a charm without breaking the bank.In aesthetic view; it’s absolutely beautiful in the craftsmanship of it. It is a bit heavy so be careful with that. Though I would say the one time I used it since I bought it for him; it works wonderfully. Just make sure not to cram so much stuff in it at once to get the best results. If you want to crush things the old fashioned way—then look no further because it’ll give you such an accomplished feeling with your cooking!

I bought this for grinding herbs, it does a great job, very well made, heavy. It comes with a non slip pad, so that it doesn't move around when being used. I would definitely buy again!
