Is this compatible with nuance dragon professional v15? do you need to sign in to utilize it with dragon? can you program dragon commands?

Hi, Not sure what Nuance Dragon is but if your asking about the Dragon speaking program then yes it will work.

Can one device operate on multiple computers? or do i need to buy one of these for each of my pcs?

As far as I know, you'd have to buy multiple. In the manual, it states, "plug directly into the computer" not into any usb extenders. Hope this helps. But I'd highly recommend getting one. I love mine.

I want to program each button to play a different playlist within Spotify... will this do that?

I dont use Spotify, but there is a Spotify Integration Plugin (you need Spotify Premium to use the integrations), I would look into the blugin before buying one, however the Stream deck is incredibly useful for many other things!
