Pleasantly surprised by the product and service
The glasses are beautiful and ergonomic to hold, substantial but not too weighty, they are like no others I have seen. They were packaged in a lovely dark blue cardboard box then in another box and a final larger box held in place by dividers so the glasses were very secure and could in no way break unless someone had really tried to bounce the box off concrete!! Would make a lovely gift!

We had people round for drinks the day the glasses came ,and the comments we had ,I had to make sure all four glasses were still there when they went home!

According to the picture, it's looking really crystal but when I received the product and open the box 📦, it's not looking crystal but ordinary glass. According to the price quality is poor.

I was little dubious of these Tumblers as they are to be a Christmas present with alcohol to a friend.To my surprise I was really impressed with the 4 glass tumblers you get with this set. I gave them a hand wash with soapy water then rinsed off and they have come up very nice indeed.Foam padding around the Tumblers, then in a cardboard box which is then in another printed cardboard box, packed well enough, though could be broken/chipped if the box is thrown about in transit. You can never tell what can occur from order to delivery of the item! May not be the sellers fault either, though they emailed me before the order arrived to say if any issues to contact them, which was really nice and shows they want to know their items arrives well. I liked that!The Tumblers are of a nice weight and look the part, love the ribbed design at the base of the glasses and they look stylish too. Are they Crystal you may ask? Sturdy, attractive glasses with a nice weight. Perfect size for a good tot of spirit plus whatever you like to add.
