天然物のビタミンEはd-αトコフェロール、しかし、これはdl-αトコフェロール。天然物に比べると吸収率が格段に低いらしい。１瓶飲み終える頃に気がついた。nowfoodsのE-400は天然物でそれに乗り換えることにした。悪しからず。

って思ったら合成Eだった。やっぱりEは天然が良いですからね。
