Love it works perfect for my work from home needs.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Upon taking out the printer from the box, we installed a new HP drum unit and toner, powered the machine and it made a terrible noise. It was so awful we thought the machine would blow up and was convinced we would see smoke come out of it. When I tried to return it, they sent me a label however, I have to pay for the shipping. YES, you read that correctly. I HAVE TO PAY for the return shipping on a printer that did not work. That was defective probably from the minute they shipped it out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE -- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I certainly had some questions about buying a printer like this on Amazon, but my experience with the printer, and more importantly the vendor, was one of the best I've had in my years with Amazon.I had an HP4350dtn which I picked up up from a company going out of business YEARS ago. These HP printers are large and heavy, but they're incredible work horses. Mine eventually started dying. I looked on Amazon and found an almost identical renewed HP4250n sold by 88computers, and I ordered it.First let's talk shipping. This is a very large 18"x16"x15"LaserJet printer and weighs over 50 pounds so I was more than a little concern as to how it would be handled during its trip. It arrived in around 4-5 days and the packaging looked like it took a couple hits, but when I opened it up I found both the machine and the toner cartridge amazing well packed. Surrounded in some type of blown expanding foam and in PERFECT shape.Took it out of the box, plugged it in and tried to hook it up to my network. The printer worked perfectly as I was able to print out all the internal reports of the printer, but it would not find my network and my network could not find it. I contacted 88computers, left a voice mail, and crossed my fingers. My call was retired the very next morning. We exchanged a couple of e-mails and I sent him one of the printer's diagnostic reports and the tech at 88computers identified the issue as a bad network card. Since I still had the network card from my previous printer, I swapped cards and EVERYTHING worked PERFECTLY! Even though I happened to have that replacement card the tech INSISTED he send me a new card, at no cost.To be honest, when it didn't work right away, the thought of repackaging the printer and sending it back was a HUGE concern. And since I was already around $400 into it ... I was more than a little bit worried. But 88computers immediately responded, worked with me to promptly identifiy the problem, and then stood behind their agreement and is sending me a brand-new board.There is NOTHING more I could have possibly expected or hoped that 88computers could have done. The printer is in amazing shape, prints perfectly, and they stood 100% behind their product, providing prompt, helpful, and successful tech support! I would not hesitate to purchase other products from 88computers or recommend them to anyone I know!

The printer is installed and running. We have a tired original hp4250 with only 146,257 pages printed. The refurnished hp4250 with 824,166 printed printed seems like new. It will be interesting to see how the refurnished hp4250 holds up thru/to warranty period. That is when we will consider reviewing reviewing the refurnished hp4250. So far delivery was great & the refurnished hp4250 looks great & works well. Print Quality is excellent.

I was not sure how this was going to turn out..... buying a reconditioned printer. To my surprise, this unit looked almost brand new. No damage, no discoloration, no missing parts, no operational issues. If this is the quality of what the shipper advertised and is sending, I'm buying more!Mr. Bill P

First time purchasing a refurbished printer so of course I was a bit skeptical but couldn't afford a new one since I'm a small business. Over the years, this model of printer has been a work horse so I though I would give it a try. The printer prints beautifully. The only issue was the JetDirect NIC (network card) didn't work. Customer service said they would have tech call me to get details. He did call, but readily admitted he knows nothing about networking and would just send a new card. Anyways, I got the new card as promised and printer fired right up. I recommend this company. I am impressed. This is an honest review from a satisfied customer whos now a long term customer.

i bought this printer in December of 2020. It is now the beginning of March and every time i try to print something the printer jams. Total waste of money!!!!

So far it’s been great. I bought it for occasional home use for my craft room. Laser printing allows me to apply deco foil with a laminator much easier than other methods of applying foil for scrapbooking and cards. It’s a little noisy so I wouldn’t want to be using it for large print jobs in an office where I had to hear it a lot. I had one similar to this in my workplace and it was indeed a workhorse but it was placed a distance from my work area.
