Choc cocoa but not the best cocoa.
Tastes like Splenda. I wanted to like this for the organic ingredients but unfortunately the taste isn't there.

Very good!
I received this product today and made hot cocoa. I mixed a tablespoon of the mix with water and a splash of heavy cream. It was delicious! I am so glad I bought it.

I Want to Like It, But It Tastes Like Chocolate Paper
I was looking for a replacement for the Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate, which I used to really like, but I tried the NOW Foods Slender Hot Cocoa and . . . it just doesn't taste good. The texture of the stuff that won't dissolve is papery, the flavor is papery, and it just . . . doesn't really taste like hot cocoa. It tastes like a paper memory of some type of chocolate. I tried adding stuff to it to make it better (dark chocolate, marshmallows), but it just makes me feel sad to drink it. It's not worth it. I can't recommend it. It at least tastes food-adjacent, which is why it gets more than 1 star.

Sickly Sweet
I was disappointed with the overly sweet taste, as in saccharin kind of sweet. I am ordering Swiss Miss and tossing this canister.
