How does this product have an expiration date? Pure honey doesn't go bad.

Everything manufactures in the USA has to have an expiration and manufacturing date by law. That is why it probably has it. But use your judgement to see if it gets spoilt, it has bacteria ( good ones) I guess since its raw and not heated.

why is the 16 oz more expensive than the 22 oz??

16 oz is "organic" and also in "glass jar", the handling is tough and breaks in transit during import. So 16 oz(1 lb) is more expensive. 22 oz is also raw honey and is on top of the world for it's quality, it is in unbreakable jar.

why the plastic jar does not contain USDA certificate
