Great for medicine that needs to be kept within a certain temperature range!
I ordered this case for my daughter who was traveling solo for the first time internationally but needed to take 10 weeks worth of Dupixent with her five injections, which are quite large and just about fit in the case with the two ice/gel packs. As this is a high-tech biological medication it needed to be kept between 2 - 8 degrees Celcius. As her journey was going to be appx 12 hours or more door to door, we thought this would work. I also ordered two other medical ice packs separately as a back-up but unfortunately there was no freezer on her flight. The case held the temperature in range for about 5 hours and then she was able to top up with ice in a ziplock bag until she could get it in a fridge. The thermometer was great as she could keep an eye on it and the flight attendants were great (she flew with Delta). The thermometer is battery operated so they can be replace as needed.

Great performance and function.
Wanted something to take some meds on holiday (a kiwi pen) and this did the job perfectly, probably a little bulky but performance was a bigger consideration for me personally.

Good for warmer climates ll
Lovely practical product. Keeps insulin cool. Good storage (i fitted 4 pens/20 needles no problem). I did, however, purchase additional cool packs to quickly change over as soon as temperature starts to rise.

Don’t bother
This is not a Moleskine product. Very limited space and very heavy

Great bit of kit, but the display is in Fahrenheit
Used this to transport medicine whilst on holiday from UK to Portugal, this was so impressive, kept the temperature for me from 4am until 1pm without missing a beat, when I took it out and checked the ice packs, they were still solid, they could do over 13 easy. My only moan is that the display is in Fahrenheit and not Celsius.

More Bulky Than Expected
I sent for this to take on holiday, but returned it as it was bulkier than I expected. I can't comment on how cool it kept the medication, as I didn't try it, knowing I was going to return.
