The media could not be loaded. Nice packing, easy to open. Cool water, Cold water, and hot water with a safety button. Easy to load, no issues, not loud at all. Has a night light that illuminates 24/7 but I like that. Pleasing to the eye.

So glad we bought this one! For years we had a top load dispenser. When it was time to replace, I knew I wanted a bottom load. We're not getting any younger and those bottles are hard to lift! I read ALL the reviews on every bottom load sold on Amazon. I finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! We've had it a couple months now and couldn't be happier. Cold water is cold, hot water is hot and loading is a breeze! It looks nice and we love the night light and hot water lock features. No fear of littles accidentally getting burned, yet easy enough that our 10 yr old can make his own tea, hot chocolate and Ramen! I'd say it's perfect!

We bought this back in March of 2021 and have LOVED IT for the last 4 years. Within the last week our room temp will not dispense. No trickle no nothing. I unplugged it and let it reset and boom started working again. Until everything was cold and hot again..... We primarily use the cold and room temp water. I'd keep using this unit and just leave it unplugged, but The Hubbs wants a new one. We have truly enjoyed this dispenser immensely.

I got this water cooler because of the third choice of room temperature water. I should have read the description a little closer. The third position is still cooled, but not as much as the other. It is a little noisy while cooling the water. I like the bottom loading. The bottles are much easier to handle if you don't have to lift them.

We knew we wanted a bottom loader and I kept coming to this primo cooler. I was worried with a number of reviews saying it was so loud. Those people must have just gotten a defective one because I find it to be extremely quiet. It's no louder than the fridge and I think its quieter. We have it in the laundry room which is on the other side of the kitchen and our kitchen is open to our living room next to each other and I never hear it come on. Overall very happy with it so far. My only complaint would be that the jugs are filled to the very top and when you take the cap off she put the cooler cap with the straw into the jug, water starts to spill all over as you insert the straw.

I love this dispenser! I was somewhat apprehensive before i purchased it based on the negative reviews.The local water is awful where i live.I was buying so much bottled water every week.I don't even let my pets drink the tap water, we were going through bottled water like crazy!I have the dispenser in my kitchen. It’s not loud, it makes some noise when dispensing water that’s about it. You can use crystal springs water jugs (one review said primo only). I take the 5 gallon jugs to my local Publix & fill them for $1.75 for 5 gallons. The hot water comes out at a good temperature, i use it to make my tea. I would recommend this dispenser. My family loves it & asked me why I didn’t buy this sooner!

I have owned 2 of these. The 1st stop about 6 months after purchase. Kept flash the water jug was empty when it had 1/2 of a 5 gal jug of water. So it would not dispense the water. I just thought I had a defective one. It was to late to return.The 2nd one lasted longer. 18 months. About 1 month before it stopped working my daughter said it was shaking crazy. Not just the normal rumble of it pumping the water up. I purchased it Dec. 22, 2022, June 2024 the cold water stopped working and July 4th, 2024 hot and room temperature stopped working. It makes me mad because I could have just gotten a gravity water dispenser but I payed 3x the about and got this one. Not once but twice and once again it is to late for my money back.

I’ve only had this for a few weeks but it’s attractive and convenient and works nicely. It makes noise when you first plug it in but soon stops. The hot water comes out very nice and hot - great for tea or hot cider! Easy to change the jug, and a great value with how inexpensive the jugs are compared to bottled water.
