The first time I tried these I kept burping what smelled and tasted like what I assume is a thistle taste and smell. I didn't have any other problems than that on that try. The next 2 times I took them I had pretty bad "bubble guts" for awhile. I don't know if they would have this same effect on other people and it might just be me, but they are not for me. Even if they didn't have these side effects, I think the price is too high. Granted, I only took them for a few days, but I felt no positive effects and 2 negative effects so they are not for me. Again, maybe these will do some good for some people, but I'm not one of them.

I take two daily; they’re easy to swallow, no weird taste, and my stomach feels fine afterward. The 250mg milk thistle and 50mg TUDCA per serving seem decent, but effects are subtle and it's hard to tell if it's working. At $20.88 (5% off), it’s cheap, but potency feels light for noticeable results.

Very impressive list of ingredients with almost everything you can want in two capsules a day. There are about 16 ingredients listed in the 350mg heading of liver detox blend. I am guessing that these ingredients are of small quantities and found in very small print. You can view the back of the bottle in the ad pictures. There are 7 ingredients listed separately.No noted side effects. Time will tell if this blend is effective with the small dosage of many ingredients.
