Feel odd at first but now I wear them without noticing them
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I found Shokz Openfit 2 online and was thrilled that Shokz sells them on Amazon. I bought them in March it’s now Almost July. I really love them and I’m glad I spent the money on them. The app is ok but have not needed it much. Once I set up the sound preferences it was good to go.They felt a bit odd at first trying to get used to how they sit sort of on the ear not in the ear. I was not sure I was going to like how they felt initially but soon got used to them. Now I have them on and hardly notice them. I did a ton of research trying to find something that would have good sound quality but not have to have it inserted into my ear. Earbuds fall out of my ears when I talk or move my jaw…not helpful for handsfree TC. I hated to give up the noise cancellation that most earbuds provide but I’d rather have something that stays in place while using them.Note: if you’re going to be in a noisy environment these are not for you. Sometimes I will call a friend when going in a walk and any traffic noise or lawnmower/leaf blower will make it near impossible to hear them. The volume is just not there and my friends complain it’s hard to hear me as well. I didn’t have that issue with my noise canceling earbuds but I’m ok with the switch. I just try and not need to make calls when I’m out walking. They charge super fast compared to other devices I have. They also hold a charge for a long time. You can go to the app to see how long your battery life is. That is a hassle with the charge case had some kind of battery life display other than the green/red light. But the charge cord is short. Would be nicer if it was just a bit longer. I definitely recommend these and would buy them again if I needed to. I’m sure they will last a long time.

Top Tier
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had gotten the Studio Beats Eardbuds, and thought they were great. Until I used it for work-phone calls are touch and go as far as the other person hearing me. Got these bad boys today-and put them in to listen to a random song-I was floored. Clean, clear sound with a full range of…idk the word…maybe dimension? Haha idk. Great product. Love that they don’t sit in my ears. My ears are far too wet to move around with other earbuds. I think this was the perfect solution for me. I can’t wait even tell there on, yet they feel like they would be secure in the gym. I haven’t made a phone call yet, but I’ve heard these have a good mic.

They Sound Great!
I've been pretty disappointed with AirPods and other in-the-ear bluetooth headphones. The reasons?1. They don't sound good. Bass is weak or non-existent.2. They don't fit well. Even with multiple sizes of ear cushions, they are apt to fly out of your ear.3. Dismal battery life ... maybe 2 hours.4. No ability to customize the frequency response. But these Shockz are great.1. They sound quite good. Good bass response and nice, clear highs. They have separate low and high frequency drivers ... that likely has a lot to do with it.2. They fit comfortably around your ear. I forget I have them on.3. Very good battery life ... in the order of 8 hours.4. The app provides a 5 band equalizer function that really helps with the sound as well.About the only negatives are:1. Since they are not an in-ear design, they don't provide a lot of isolation (also a positive, as you can hear what is going on around you).2. Not an Apple product, so you can't use the "Find My Devices" option to find them if lost.

Worth the money!
I got these headphones on April 15th and I LOVE THEM thus far!Charging: I haven’t charged the case in more than 2-3 weeks which is amazing! They also charge extremely fast once you put them back in the case.Connection to phone: They connect well throughout bigger houses that I’ve cleaned which is always a plus.Comfort: Very comfy! A little hard to get used to as first but again, I love them. I will say that once I take them off it almost feels like I still have them on my ears… could be just me tho.Function: Phone calls are very clear on both ends. I’m able to hear music and people/surroundings perfectly without the volume going over half way which is great for work environments. I kind of wish they had a button to adjust the noise on both ear buds, but you can use the voice command for that. To do that you will need the app. The app also shows how much battery is left on all three (case and each ear bud) and you can change the EQ Modes (bass, treble, etc).Overall: Again, they work great! Don’t have cords tugging on you all the time which is what I wanted to get away from and didn’t want my ear to hurt with buds IN them. Since the sit on the ear it’s not bad at all. Can’t wait to try and exercise with them. I’ve gone on walks and worked with them but haven’t done any running or burpees. I have a feeling they will hold through that though! Worth the money honestly.

Almost perfect
These headphones really surprised me. The sound quality is great for an open ear. Good bass on them. Really happy with the sound quality. The positives: These are great for running. Once you get them sitting right, they don't bounce around much. Comfortable on the ear and the sound quality is great while allowing you to hear your surroundings clearly. I also use these in the office to make calls and listen to music while working. The open ear is of great benefit in this environment as I can hear my surroundings clearly when people need to speak with me. The mic quality is also pretty good. The negatives: Wearing sunglasses with these is not great. Its not terrible, but the sun glasses will sit on top of the headphones which can make my sunglasses sit a bit crooked on my face. When I used these while mountain biking they bounced around quite a bit. They nearly fell off my ears when I did a couple small jumps. I found myself adjusting them quite a bit after each rocky downhill section. This was a bit disappointing. Will likely stick with in ear headphones for mountain biking.
