Fantastic red and infrared light belt. The packaging is perfect:very sturdy and well organized and included a pouch for the belt. The instructions are so simple and Easy to follow! I got the small one for my knee and it is perfect. It comes with a belt attachment for bigger body parts. The lights are soothing and healing. This is the fourth one that I’ve tried and is definitely a keeper!

Bought this to help recover from a MCL level 1 tear. Great product. I feel that it is working. I put it on when I go to bed and set it at the highest intesity for 30min. Can run this off a USB battery bank. Kit is nicely equiped. Straps are good and allow for multiple adjustments. Cord length is decent, can run it off the supplyied USB wall wart. Good value for the money.

This product is worth the money. It is for smaller areas of your body,. The Red Light Therapy really works. I would buy a larger one for larger areas of the body.

I absolutely love this red light and infrared therapy belt. My only issue is that I wish it were bigger and wrapped around more of my body at once. That’s my fault for choosing a smaller belt!You plug it in with a power cord. It would be nice if it was cordless and I could walk around while wearing it. It comes with an extension strap to fit whatever your needs may be. There are 5 different settings as far as strength of the therapy. 1-4 and then a pulsating function which penetrates deeper into the body and inner organs. There is an ability to adjust the time going all the way up to 30 mins.I’ve used it to relieve menstrual cramps and to tighten the skin around my stomach from having back to back pregnancies. I have definitely noticed it stimulating my digestive system and helped relieve painful cramps. I also used it around my neck and shoulder area because I’m extremely tense in that area and it did help to loosen my tense muscles.You can absolutely feel the infrared and the red light both working while using this. No placebo effect here!

I’ve been using this red light therapy belt for about a month, and I’m impressed with the results so far. I originally bought it for general muscle recovery, but I decided to try it on a surgical scar on my upper abdomen that I’ve had for over a year after a hysterectomy. I wasn’t expecting much, just maybe slight fading, but the difference is actually visible.After using it consistently (about 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week), the scar has noticeably lightened. It’s still there, of course, but it's less purple/red.The belt itself is comfortable, flexible, and easy to use. The velcro holds well and it’s lightweight enough to wear while I work from home. The heat is gentle and relaxing, and the timer function is a nice touch. A really great product that can help with many different pain issues you might have. I let my friend use it for her hands that were hurting her so badly she couldn’t even drive and causing her to cry. She had a CT scan and the doctor gave her pain medicine which didn’t help and after using this product once she had a significant loss of pain and bought one herself.

This is only my first night using this. But I’m very impressed first of all with the packaging. It is well and sturdily packaged with a soft carrier bag and an extension belt. It was easy to set up and I have old injuries so I’m not expecting fast results. But it seems well made and well thought out so I’m glad I bought this. It feels comfortable while on, and I really believe in red light therapy.

Much smaller than expected but that is most likely my fault for not paying close enough attention to the measurements. The elastic band could be softer as it kind of cuts into the skin.
