I’ve taken two months of these now. I used to take the basic pregnacare for both pregnancies that ended in miscarriage. So I thought this time round I’ll try the ‘max’ ones. We got pregnant first time trying with both our previous miscarriages and currently we’re now on our 3rd month of trying whilst taking these supplements so can’t say they’ve helped in terms of fertility. My ovulation days seem to be around the same time day 13-15 across the last 2 cycles but my periods have bounced between 28 days and 30 whilst taking them which isn’t normal for me. and I’ve also experienced spotting 2 days before my periods which again isn’t the norm for me. However they have helped me with period symptoms, I used to get a few days of cramps leading up to my period which has resolved and also 2 days of my period the cramps have gone so I’m going to finish the pack I have an if I don’t fall pregnant this month and it affects my period again I will revert back to their basic pregnacare!Update 7 months on, finally pregnant but can’t say these made any difference!

I never leave reviews but had to for this product - AVOID.Ironically these are supposed to help when TTC, but they have done the opposite. My cycle is usually like clockwork, but I ovulated 6 days early (right after the end of my period) and didn’t reach a peak either like usual. I then had out of the ordinary bleeding 1 week before my period was due only for a few days (which I got my hopes up thinking was implantation bleeding), and now that my period is due it’s nowhere to be seen. All tests showing negative despite the false pregnancy symptoms caused by these tablets. I assume my previous bleeding was my “period” that these tablets have messed up and made my cycle into an 18 day cycle instead of my usual 26.These tablets have completely thrown my cycle off and who knows when it will be back to normal. I massively regret buying these and wish I just bought folic acid instead. Delaying my TTC journey. Listen to the negative reviews!!!
