I decided to try the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes in Forest Calm, and overall, I’m impressed. The scent is fantastic—it’s fresh and earthy, like being in a quiet forest, which made for a really calming experience. I added the flakes to a warm bath after dealing with some lower back pain, and it definitely helped ease the soreness.There are just a couple of downsides. First, while I know it’s common, the magnesium left my hands feeling pretty dried out after using it. Also, the price is on the higher side for what you get.Still, the relaxation and relief it provided made it worth trying, especially if you’re dealing with muscle tension or soreness.

Dissolves well and does not leave residue in tub or you! Have on auto ship as its a regular in my bath routine after a long day.

Someone let me try some of this and I mixed with water and massaged into my feet to alleviate the daily pain. It really works so well that I bought my own. Some recipes call for mixing with oils, I do not prefer to do this I just do some water and equal parts magnesium.No fuss and knocks out pain, plus I sleep better!
