I had pins and needles in my feet and bought a pair of these insoles. I started wearing them as soon as they arrived. I have a fairly nasty problem with my left foot, and to a lesser extent my right foot too. The podiatrist has taken a mould and is having custom insoles made, but these take a month or more.I was in pain so I started looking around, and found these. They are 10% of the price of the custom ones (which I am sure I will wear out) so I bought a pair both as an interim measure, and for the future.They work very well. I don't know if the custom ones will be better, but at the moment it is a relief stepping into footwear with these insoles (it is very painful in bare feet). I use them all the time except in bed!I really recommend them - I am getting another pair for emergencies.

These insoles are fantastic! They are incredibly comfortable and excellent value for money. I've suffered painful burning feet for years and have sought help from many different makes and gp advice nothing helped at all. I finally came across these and now all the pain and burning has gone! I can now work and be on my feet for over 12 hours without a break and still feel amazing. These insoles are perfect in every way.

They fit my shoes perfect and they put pressure in all the right spots. I only had to wear them for about a week and the pain is almost completely gone from having a problem with metatarsalgia. I can't believe the difference. I'm going to keep them in my shoes and not even take them out once it's 100% cleared up. They give me great arch support
