I was raised eating instant ramen, so I was super excited to find one that was gluten free. Most items that are gluten free either taste gross, have a strange texture, or both. These noodles are flavorful, no bad taste here. For me, it was the noodle texture. The noodles are a bit slimy, and have more of a crunch to them than I like. It’s similar to when you cook noodles to be a bit firm instead of soft. If that won’t bother you, then these are a healthy option.

It's good that it's low in calories, but the taste aint so great or exciting to get happy about.

My daughter has PKU and these are a good low protein substitute for "regular" noodles. She loves the taste but it definitely needs salt.

I mean, what can I say about something this is virtually tasteless, I love Miso so I figured it would have that salty miso taste and it doesn't. Sure I could add more or at best some soy sauce. However this defeats the purpose to keep in my desk drawer as a food substitute if I should forget my lunch. Yes! The noodles are a weird texture and hard to chew up. I just cleaned my scissors and cut them up. However still weird. I have done shirataki noodles alot and assumed it would be similar. Not so much. I wouldn't reorder. I even tried to soften the noodles letting them set with lid on for 15 minutes.

I really liked this. Could really use better (smaller cut) noodles so it won’t be big ball and some better ramen toppings like dried fish cake, dried shrimp, more veg, etc. about 1 cup of broth and 1/3 cup of noodles, some minimal topping and a folding spork.. Good portion control. Excellent flavor, red curry smashes.

Very tasty soups. A great way to avoid loading up wath calories but still feel fulfilled and satisfied with good tasting food.

I was disappointed with this product. It was a variety pack so I was excited that I would get to try different flavors of this Ramen I liked when I bought the RedCurry flavor package. The variety package Ramen tasted flavorless and weak. Not a good buy.

These are absolutely delicious and I definitely will buy again and the fact that they help me stay compliant with my dietary needs is a absolute plus.
