Ok so shipping was fast, I'll give them that. However, the "use manual" has no real directions. For instance, it does not tell you how play anything back so its all trial and error and the buttons' functions don't make sense. Picture quality is good from the back of the camera. I tried connecting this to my computer and it just wanted to act as if it were a mass storage device and the only option was to select "mass storage" that was highlighted or turn it off. Once you disconnect the power cord it will show a full charge. However, after about 5 minutes of setup and figuring out what the buttons were the meter was showing only 1 bar of battery life remaining.It also does not have an indicator that it is recording/storing any video. The two times I've stumbled across the file location it always says "No File". (SD card indicator is always on)I'm going to give it another day to see if I can sort it out and if not I'll be sending it back.

I bought this camera but I could not use it, since it gives this error (insert the card above c6) and I bought several evo samsung memories and it gives the same error

I cannot get any of my SD cards to work in it. I have all top quality SD cards made for 4k that I use in my drone, and my other dash cams. None of them work in this and yet to find one that does.

The frame is loose but a great camera.
