Q: Is this cream too oily to use a few mins before makeup application in the morning?

Depending on your skin type, if your skin in oily then I would suggest to leave it for at least 15 before applying makeup.

Q: Did you change the bottle? It's used to be a pump. Want to make sure this is not a knock off

they did change the pumps to a more sustainable packaging.
