I really wish I could give this product a zero star rating. I have used excusion. I have used topics and I have used some other off-brands but this is the nastiest oiliness powder. It makes your hair white and you can hardly get it out of your hair when you go to wash. It's a nightmare and of course it's not returnable. Of course I could call Amazon and ask for a refund and they'll tell me. I'll do it for you one time. But don't go with the idea that everything we sell has a 30-day warranty
