Hiya. Lunchbox fine but came without any instructions for use. I had to google it to work out what the hole with a stopper, in the top was all about. Instructions in box in future please.

This is brilliant lunch box for busy people who want to have warm food while working or travelling. Very easy to use just plug in and wait for food to warm up. Comes with a handy bag and 2 cables, one is for car use another for normal socket.I th8nk this is great in long journeys or if you work as a driver, for camping trips as well. Even if you just want to save some money but just want home cooked warm meal at work this is a great solution.

Excellent product nice hot food

So this lunch box is a game changer, however it is very flimsy and breaks easily.Cons: the cutlery lid doesn’t click shut so the cutlery falls out. The locking tabs on the side broke after only a few uses. I didn’t even use excessive force and the edge has broken so I now it only locks on 3 sides. I have tried looking for a replacement lid but cannot find one anywhere.Pros: It heats food up nicely between 30-45 minutes depending on how much food you’ve got to heat.I just wished it was more robust.

This electric lunchbox is essentially a stainless steel container on a little heater which heats your food up gently. The heater is powdered by two options: either a car-powered 12/24C power cord, or a 220V power cord to hook up to a normal plug. The heating mechanism is similar to putting a pot on a hob. It takes a little while for the food to warm up.The plastic container in which the heater lives has a lid that has a nifty compartment for cutlery which is a nice streamlined touch. Cutlery is included!The whole thing can fit in the provided carry bag, which is lined with silver thermal foil so that if you put a warm lunchbox in there, it can keep it warm for longer.They also give a little bonus plastic container to fit room temperature snacks like fruit or biscuits, although this doesn't really fit neatly anywhere in the carry bag or electric lunchbox as far as I can see - but that's ok - it's just a little bonus thing.Overall, a nice little device if you want to have warm food on the go and can't be bothered with pre-heating and setting up hot thermos flasks ahead of time. Could be useful for camping too as long as you have a car!-Update: I read the helpful review suggesting to check the fuse on this for safety and install the correct one if the correct one is not there already. I haven't had a moment to open the machine up yet but before using this I shall definitely check that the fuse is a safe one!
