The capsules are the same size as (eg) Antibiotic capsules. They do have a slightly dusty taste as though some of the B3 powder is on the outside of the capsules. however this is the form of B3 that does not give a flushed face which apparently can happen with other forms.

I ordered these on the suggestion of my eye Consultant. Not these in particular but Vit B3 non flushing was what was recommended and these fitted the bill

my legs were covered with a form of exma ive used nearly a full bottle and my legs are clear.totally heale up..never going to stop taking theseit must be doing other forms of good to the body....im so pleased..thank you g&g

These are just good value Vitamin tablets. I can only assume they do what Vitamin B3 are meant to do. We have been using these for a long time now. They're good value.

Recently found out I was deficient in vitamin B3 through a micronutrient test. Been taking one of these daily, very easy to take. Hopefully raising my levels and increasing energy, need to take for a few months before reassessing. Best to take with other B vitamins. Love this brand, very pure and no fillers.
