This is a good product and worth buying. You can use on your wrist and ankles. They stay in place and they are easy to use. Worth buying

These are great!
Love these weights. Super cute! Velcro makes it super easy to use and stays in place. I like to use for exercises and Pilates. I love that you can take some weight off to make it lighter if needed.

They are comfortable and stretchy. I have small wrists and ankles and they both fit well. The quality seemed good and the weight was distributed evenly. They felt very light weight and I wish there was a heavier option. I chose the black color and it was as pictured. They were well for what I needed them for, walking on the treadmill and an extra bonus for core.

Adjustability 👌👌
These are perfect! I have very tiny wrists so it isn’t easy finding ones that fit me well and don’t just slide up and down and jossle all around as I move. Their adjustability is perfection. Nice smooth feeling, easy to clean. Love them!

Great for VR rhythm games/workouts
I got these for when I'm in VR playing games like Beat Saber, Synth Riders, Supernatural, and others. I just wanted a bit of resistance without going overboard, and after using them regularly, I can say they’ve actually improved my gameplay. I think it’s because the added weight simulates holding whatever you're using to slice blocks or punch cones flying at you.It’s lightweight resistance training, just enough to feel the effects. I’ve noticed visible improvements in my arm muscles even when I’m not wearing them, which is wild considering how fun the workouts are. If you’re in VR a lot and want to level up your sessions just a smidge without breaking your form or your joints, these are worth it! I'll probably be getting ones for my ankles soon.
