I tried it, despite my answered question above, so it's my own choice.I had hopes, it first appeared like a collagen gel. It went on like gel, tightened really fast and left a tight dry feeling. Unfortunately made my hooded eyes much worse. Puffed the wrinkles up, feels the hoods are coated and bloated and so much more noticeable.In my experience, it's like a latex film over the skin. When it didn't help my eyes, I fired it onto my entire face to see if I can make some use. It dries really quickly, so trying to blend on a large area failed, even blending really fast using a sponge. It dries like a skin, but whiter skin. On my nose particularly, it dried to look like a scaly reptile. Finally, I threw in an end of bottle liquid makeup, to try and salvage something for the money. No. Scaly look was more prominent. Also skin feels like the pores are blocked. I'm concerned the skin colour is pinky not from improved circulation, but from lack of oxygen...Pluses..from a distance, it can look quite smooth and fresh skin colour. Up close, disastrous reptilian skin with white bits.So for me, it feels tight and dry without beneficially tightening.I don't know how this could be positively reviewed. If you think it's user error, ie you think I am not using it correctly, open to constructive tips.Edit) No, I am an actual customer who paid hard earned money for a product which seems useless at least for my purpose and I did think I must be misusing it, for that reason. Im always really sceptical about reviews that go over the top about so called miracle products that do wonders lol But Im of an age when I have bags and crepey under eye skin and absolutely hate it.Not thrilled about the idea of plastic surgery,not going there,but saw this when I was googling looking for something that may help and sent for it on a whim.Expensive,and wondered if I was wasting my money.It arrived this morning ,and Ive tried it,left it on for the recommended time,then checked to see if I looked 16 again ,well I didn't lol,but I can honestly say that this worked amazingly well,Very little is needed,I applied a small amount to each eye and patted it gently into my under eyes,and was pleasantly surprised at the result.Ok it's only a temporary fix,but who cares,anything that makes me feel less self conscious about my sleepy looking eyes can only be a good thing.When it's applied,the tightening sensation begins,and has a really good effect,which surprised me,its a shame it isnt permanent :) But I will definitely buy it again,it's a great quick fix for a wee confidence boost,so money well spent.By the way this is an honest review,wasnt bribed with free product ,Im a genuine buyer,and pleased so far with the results this gave me.It smoothed out and disguised the loose under eye skin and crepiness far more effectively than I expected,but I wasnt expecting much,thought it was probably over hyped ,but I'm a happy customer who would recommend it to anyone who has the same problem as I do .
