Then get your hands a little wet and rub that water into what you've been working into your pores. It emulsifies it all. You can tell it's working because it gets a little white, not really foamy, but no longer the clear substance it was. Rinse it off and you're done. All the dirt and makeup from the day is gone! I have combination skin and this cleanser felt gentle — it didn’t dry out or tighten my skin. However, I didn’t feel like it deeply cleansed my face. It’s fine for a light daily wash, but not ideal if you’re looking for a more thorough clean.
