This is a really impressive product. Immensely bright and powerful. It comes in 3 modes - bright, lower power and flashing. The beam is adjustable between wide and specific spotlightReally solid quality build thst feels nice in your hand.Unfortunately had to give it 1 star as it now won't charge after only a month of owning it. Tried several different chargers, varying in power but unfortunately it doesn't give any implication that it's charging and battery indicator is still saying the same. Shame because this is a really nice product that I really liked.UPDATE: The aftersales team reached out providing brilliant customer service in offering a full refund or another product. All sorted now and back to being a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend

Great build quality and more than enough lumens to illuminate direction of travel above ground. But what impresses me the most is the quality of the rechargeable battery component. Typically, I would expect a noticeable gradual deterioration of charge when not in use, however, this has not been the case in my experience - note I am still on my 1st charge!Why did you choose this product over others?:Portability and Power

This is the second torch that I have bought.Great value for money. The torch has a good weight and feels substantial. The beam is powerful and superb.

A promising torch which is let down by a lack of versatility.Pros:1. Premium build: reassuringly solid all metal body.2. Performance: it puts out a lot of light and is bright enough for just about anyone.3. Ergonomics: The ribbed contoured body is pleasant to hold, and provides considerable grip4. Size: It’s relatively compact for a 3 x 18650 torch. It’s technically pocketable5. Value: it’s a lot of torch for around £20But it’s not without its issues. A few odd decisions make this an uninspiring torch1. Inbuilt batteries - an odd choice given it has standard 18650s.2. Tactical switch - this has been placed at the back for some reason. This is not a tactical torch. It’s far too big. The contours that make it nice to hold with a normal grip work against using a tactical grip (like a javelin/spear, with the thumb on the switch) because the irregular shape makes it awkward to adjust and rotate in the hand. This is a minor annoyance.3. No ramping mode or stepless dimming - the preconfigured modes are too bright and can’t be adjusted. If you need a low intensity light for reading or finding something without depleting the battery, you’re out of luck. While it’s true that people who buy torches generally prefer a simpler UI, this remains a poor solution. Three modes is restrictive at any price point, and this execution ultimately limits its overall usefulness.

The media could not be loaded. Brought this mainly for a 2.5 long tunnel near me and wanted a very bright torch (something much more substantial than my phone light). This did not disappoint, it is very bright and extremely useful in pitch black places. You can adjust the light width by using the front slide cylinder. With it all the way pushed in, it will light pretty much the whole area in front of you. As you pull the cylinder outwards, the light will become more focused, until it's all the way out when it turns into a spotlight that seems to go at least 1/4 of a mile. I went through a canal tunnel near me and took about 1 hour to walk through, and it only used 1 of the 4 bars of battery, so it seems to last for quite a while. Something I didn't realise when I received it is that the torch itself can be used as a battery charger for other things. It has a standard USB socket so you can charge your phone off it for example. The construction of it is very solid, all metal, and has a solid weight to it, all the more reassuring if you are somewhere pitch black in the dead of night, if you get my meaning. It has 3 settings, on full blast, about 60% dimmer brightness, and a flashing mode. You can get brighter ones than this, but if you are looking for a torch for night time walking, dark places, security rounds, power cuts, then this is more than enough.

Purchased for my son when dog walking or Munro climbing so not practiced mountain side, but said in the park can see clearly quite a distance so power great, fingers crossed. He loves the coloured lights to make it easy to spot if dropped, the smaller clip on version great he uses it on his dogs collar(corgi) to light his path too. Size fits comfortable in your hand, though a strap to put on your are would be thebicing on the cake, but i can make one. Easy to use, great variation on light. Build quality excellent, carry case to protect both and spare batteries excellent. Great value

It's quite chunky and heavy, but the light output is phenomenal! Almost too good for what I need and I almost always use the reduced power. Comes in a very nice presentation box. The button on the end is slightly fiddly and you always have to cycle through the strobe setting to switch off. The battery life is excellent and I have only recharged it once. (It comes fully charged). USB C charging is a lot better and faster than previous USB's Definitely good value for the money.

A very bright & compact although slightly bulky, torch. It easily fits in my winter jacket side pocket, leaving room for your hand too. I use it when walking my dog at 5am every morning and go to the local fields. The intensity of the bright white beam is really remarkable and it can be focussed into a narrow beam with an incredibly long range of around a mile. The only problem I get is trying to locate the on/off switch on the base of the torch when switching it on. It is not luminous. So there is quite a bit of fumbling involved. However, it is easy to switch off providing you hold down the illuminated switch for a few seconds. All in all, a great product, sturdy, well made and good value. Every home needs one.
