This is such a neat little saw. Makes very clean cuts and it is easy to use. You will want to miter every tiled corner edge after using it.

Not a great for DIY project,
I tried for stone cutting project with my construction guy and it did not work great. Luckily it is in return period.

Really nice and relatively compact for what it can do
I got this because I'm remodeling my house myself, so I need to make some precision angle cuts. Unfortunately I broke my ankle recently so it might be a while before I get around to making a demo video on this. That said, I did try it out once and it seems to work quite well so I'm going to go ahead and give it five stars for now.After I use it some more, I will be sure to post a video and update my review accordingly.

Nice quality
I haven't had a chance to use this tile chamfering cutter yet but I have several tile projects that I can now integrate chamfers to give it a more professional appearance and finish. It includes everything needed including a blade. I already have a new pack of 4.5 inch blades that will fit this fine. I'm excited to give it a try but have a couple other projects I need to finish first.

Chamfering Champion
I'm installing ceramic tile in my family room and this chamfering tool is letting me put those tiles in like a champ. The saw comes with the obligatory water pump so the dust doesn't coat your entire space and it helps cool the blade.The power of this is okay but not great, you have to baby it while cutting thick tiles, but it works great if you go slow so I'm still happy with it.
