I hate how the problem started in literally under 4 months of purchase. How dare they send a defective product with so much confidence. I want to return it. Amazon, if y'all can see this. Help me outDelivered on march 11, 2025 i first noticed the issue in june. Almost panicked but then it was fine. Just for a while though. Since July it's been a constant. One of the charging pins inside the box is corrored, tarnished/burnt, whatever. Either boat is the worst seller or i got scammed at the delivery services. Whoever's at fault, i literally don't like the idea of our hard earned money going to waste. Like literally, it was my savings, y'know. Don't do that to people. I wouldn't recommend the product. No

Good product, sound quality is good,Value for money

Everything was perfect. Connectivity, sound quality, everything. But it's not that easy to stay. Not much comfortable. So think before you buy it.

Left eardope stopped working after 9 months. Hope it can be repaired at the service centre since it's still under warranty. Otherwise sound quality etc is excellent.

Okaish sound and connection range is low, battery is good however but overall not that good! Average kinda earpods, looks good personally not that handy design to use.

A common issue I have faced with boAt models in this price range is the poor performance of the contact pins in the charging case. Another review of this product mentioned how they do not function properly, and the earbuds remain connected even after placing them in the case, which interrupts the charging, making the product unreliable during times of use. And this was not a problem of this singular model I purchased, because after using boAt's 1-year warranty and getting a replacement for the same, the new product didn't last 1 week without the same issue coming up with it. I am tempted to discontinue buying boAt products, because the only facility that feels good now is their warranty service (have heard faulty experiences of this as well, actually), but with such basic features disrupting its daily use (not even excessive), it is becoming purely frustrating. I would advise investing in a model on the higher end, because skimping on your budget will not get you value for money with this product, which, in my opinion, should be discontinued.

It's Goodd to use and looks beautiful too..rest boat should improve the quality of the plastic used in buds rest off its all good
