Eucalyptus Brown is scented with blue gum eucalyptus essential oil, and has a camphorous, invigorating fragrance, with a hint of earthy, bready aroma from local brown ale. Crafted from the same great blend of butters and oils that make our standard bars, beer soaps benefit from the use of beer instead of water in the soap making process. Each of these soaps is made with a different craft beer sourced from local breweries here in Southern California. These bars of soap are made with quality natural oils & butters to create a rich lather and deep clean without the use of harsh chemicals or preservatives, and only natural essential oils are used in all of our fragrances. Using a traditional cold-process method allows our soaps to retain the ingredients' moisturizing glycerin (typically removed in factory processes to be used in other products), resulting in a dangerously good but simple bar of soap. Using rich, moisturizing butters like shea and cocoa sets our soaps apart, creating a harder bar with an extremely creamy lather, while olive oil further contributes to the conditioning properties of the soap. Castor oil builds a phenomenal lather, while coconut oil gives the bar hardness and cleansing power. Fine soap, just not the advertised scent
I purchased the "Angeles Forest IPA" scent soap because who doesn't love the smell of a fragrant, hop-laden IPA? Well I don't know what kind of IPA's they're drinking at Craftsman, but this soap doesn't even remotely come close to the scent of any I've ever tried. This soap smells more like a clean tire store, which is still fairly pleasant (and probably would sell well if branded as such, at least among the male population), I just feel a little misled is all.

Did someone run over a sagebrush?
I was kinda thinking it might smell piniony piney, lil desert sage, little whiff of booze. I grew up in Wyoming, i've 4wheeled over sagebrush many a time, and what a smell that is, its like a skunk you hit that smells staying with your car a while. I could SMELL it outside the amazon box and took me 20 years back to mowing down sagebrush in 4x4's and 4 wheelers out near the sand dunes. Best effect, no picking cacti spines outta myself(since those are always near sagebrush out in Wyoming). The smell kinda dissipated a bit once it was outta the box, to the faded smell of yes you ran over a sagebrush but its been a few miles ago. I think the person that is getting it for Christmas will like it, they enjoyed the 4 box sample kit last year. I enjoyed smelling last years gift, this one has brought back fun memories.

I like the packaging and the musky smell of it. I think my boyfriend will actually like it! You can definitely smell the sage!

Doesn't smell like citrus or spruce, smells like unscented Dove. Very disappointed. Not worth the money at all.
