I had a long conversation with Ivy from the company in China and she was super customer support, even before I bought the product on amazon.com.The product is 3mm thinner ( 25mm ), but it comes with adapters for my tube size. It was advised by Ivy.The motor is working perfectly and I think is quieter than the old ones, and last, I can use my 6-channel remote control to control this new motor.EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!, at list for the first days🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍👍

I purchased this motor for my window shade DIY so far it functions as intended but a lot of buts, first is the installation user guide, is not that clear, you have to read it again and try to watch youtube and similar videos on how to install it, it comes with a accessories but you have to figure it out whats the use of each accessory, setting the remote is also a challenge, if this is the first time you install this or doing some DIY you should do your homework first, its little bit tricky to install it, overall I made it work on my shade, hope the battery and motor will last, happy with my motorized window shade.

I purchased this as a replacement Wi-Fi smart motor for my blinds. Unfortunately, it does not pair properly with the remote and it does not pair at all with a Wi-Fi smart hub. I will need to return it.

Converted 4ft wide old hunter Douglas silhouette from cord to motorized op using the above motor. Had to improvise an adapter to accommodate the motor... No surprises... Works efficiently and with little effort. planning on more conversions...
