by Amazon Strong White Flour, 1.5kg, Perfect for bread

I usually buy a supermarket brand , but recently they almost doubled the price. This one was recommended by my son ( he buys everything from Amazon Basics) , and I have to say I am very surprised . The flour not only comes with an excellent price but is definitely a great value for money.I love to bake and also I want to know what I am eating ( no unnecessary preservatives and other stuff like in the store bought bread). I tried it and made my own bread . the result was better than expected.First the dough raised higher than with my usual flour , second the result was so smooth and the most important : tasty.It is very good if you bake your own bread or buns. Shelf life is also quite good, but after the excellent results you wont stop baking if you are like me. It is good if you want some success .

I cannot get over the price of this flour by AmazonThe current cost 73p, yes you read that correctly, under a pound.Flour is flour, but it is nice flour, no mites with a long expiration date.For vegetarians as well.Excellent value.Thank you Amazon.

Good flour I think for pastry but wouldn't use for cakes, unless you resort it to make it refiner and lighterHowever for the price cannot go wrong.

I have never purchased any other flour but McDougal's then needed some asap (no transport) so ordered this flour, It is good flour does the same as my other, texture is good bakes well, bigger bag less price. Bargain. Need more now so I'm of to order more now!

This flour is amazing, I needed some in a hurry so I thought get it from Amazon, I have since ordered more, I do a lot of baking and I can really recommend. It is lovely and light and the packaging is super strong,doesn’t rip like some I could mention

This is my 'goto' flour for my breadmaker. Great value and quick delivery

Works okay for sandwich style bread using instant yeast. Not appropriate for sourdough or other things really. Needs more protien content.
