It’s okay but if any of these ingredients cause acid reflux then may want to look for something else cause this will cause burps and stomach acids to increase

Garlic is great, but this spares your breath
I like this! I had a stroke 3 years ago partly from high cholestoral. In combination with an improved diet, daily exercise, and supplaments like this my cholestoral levels are much lower than even 5 years ago. I have statins that I take but have cut the dosage in half because my health routine has improved, partially from this supplament.Thank God! I don't have to eat raw garlic, anymore!

Better than measuring the powder each day. The pills are easier to take than bottles of spices on the road

Turmeric Curcumin with cayenne pepper, ginger, beet root and black pepper
It works, but I am giving it a low rating as it caused my skin to itch terribly. Can't take it. I don't know if its from the other ingredients. I have taken other tumeric supplements and never had this happen!
