Great Set at a Great Price
Exceptionally clear picture and sound. This is my first "smart" tv so some things I do are hit-or-miss, but most things are reasonably intuitive. Thus far, I haven't done anything that I couldn't back out of or undo. It comes with a quick set-up guide - which is very good for a quick set-up - but, otherwise, there aren't any written materials. Once the set is turned on, the automatic step-by-step set-up/configuration is pretty easy to follow. A user guide is available on line but be aware that it's 254 pages. There are certain things I'd like to do - e.g., rename the HDMI ports - but I have yet to find a way and I don't have the time to go through 5 pages of the Table of Contents. Very glad that it has a digital optical audio output, as it made it simple to connect to my ancient, 5.1 home theater system. It's also equipped with several HDMI ports so I can connect all of my equipment. All in all, it's a great set and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Fits in my counter using hidden motorized lift
We were looking for en extra thin TV to fit into our outdoor counter with a hidden motorized lift, and this TV checked all the boxes! It is super thin, it is lightweight so the lift can work well with it effortlessly, it is the perfect size for viewing from our patio furniture, the image is crisp, it has minimal glare, it is a smart TV that connects with Alexa, and it works with all our Samsung smart remotes. Overall, this was a wonderful purchase.

Great TV needs a better remote.
Great TV with excellent picture quality. Wish the remote was less sensitive since the same button has multiple functions.

Great tv
Wanted a bigger tv, so bought this one. Biggest tv I ever had. The picture is absolutely great. Had it shipped to my door and it arrived in perfect condition. I don’t have it mounted on the wall, I just put the feet on the bottom and have it setting on a table. Easy enough to slide the feet in and set up. Connecting all the apps I want on it was pretty easy also. Most of them have a pop up bar code that you scan with your phone and set up quickly. I really liked that. The cost was very good and I wanted to buy it before any kind of tariffs were set on tv’s. The tv itself has many options of shows to watch, even if you don’t have a tv provider. Very nice to have Alexa built in to the tv. I’m able to connect my cameras to it and just ask Alexa to see the front porch, or whatever camera I want to see and it pops up on the tv. That’s pretty cool. The remote works quickly and doesn’t lag after you push a button and it’s easy to get used to. First remote I’ve had that charges from a cable and has solar / light charging capabilities. No more batteries.Over all, I’m really happy with this tv and recommend this tv highly.

Perfect except for its built in smart tv OS.
Great picture, easy to get set up out of the box, and I love that the remote integrates with my Xbox which I use as my primary streaming device. My only complaint is that upon turning on it defaults to it's built in OS and not the OS of the dedicated streaming device in HDMI port 1.

Great TV for a limited space.
I recently moved into a condo that was furnished. It has 3 TVs and they were all relatively small for my taste.I bought this 55” Samsung tv and like all of my other Samsung TV’s it’s great. The speakers could be a little better, but it sounds good enough for regular shows. I bought a sound bar to have better sound for movies and sports.I didn't mount on the wall, but used the legs that come with it and they do the job. Starting up and connecting the tv was very easy. Just follow the screen directions and have passwords ready to use.A great tv and more than worth the price

Slim TV with a great picture.
Great TV. Very thin and beautiful picture. Some people have complained about the sound - it seems lower on some channels and normal on others, probably the networks or streaming. I love it so far, and highly recommend.

We may have received a haunted TV. It turns itself back on some times. Spooky.
I want to preface this review with a statement about the company selling the product. I don't blame them for the shipping issues or the problems with the TV. They actually contacted me after the TV had not arrived within a few days and offered me a full refund. As far as I can tell the company is extremely reputable. It's literally the first time I have ever had a company contact me and offer some kind of recompense for a order gone sideways without me contacting them first. With that said, the shipping on this TV was wonky. The company doesn't ship their own product. It appears the shipping is done through Amazon or a third party. It's hard to say. This lead to it being difficult to track the item. This is often the case with packages that have to be shipped with cargo companies. After all, this TV is big and required two people to handle it. The tracking on this item was next to impossible. When I tried to contact the shipping agent (not the company who sold the product) because I couldn't get accurate tracking information, it was weird. The woman who answered the phone basically said something like, "Yeah, we'll get it out there when we can. Roger (it may have been Carl) lives near there and will drive it out to you on his way home." I believe the chain of subcontractors was as follows Comapny selling the product --> Amazon --> Maersk Shipping --> An unknown DIY self shipper who runs a particular route I believe. Their were at least four companies involved in the shipping process (possibly more). I'm not sure how many people handled this TV. With that said, the TV didn't arrive overnight, and the arrival date was listed as some time next year (January or February, I can't remember). After a few days is when the company selling the product offered us a full refund (first time ever being contacted by the company without me doing something first). We chose to wait at least a week or two before accepting a refund. It did arrive within a week in spite of the inaccurate information. I guess we were lucky that we were on the way to Roger/Carl's house. As far as the TV goes, it's great if you are playing high quality video (2160p, 1440p, 1080p). It does seem to have difficulty playing lower quality videos. It starts and stops and doesn't do it very well. If you have a lot of DVD's or are using 480p or lower video, it won't look as good on this TV. The sound works great as long as you are not using analog devices. We have analog wireless headphones and there is a buzzing sound when we watch shows. It may just be an incompatibility with our A/D converter (it worked great with our older TV though). The remote on this TV is the worst ever made. It has less features than a Roku remote. I truly hate the remote. I have included a picture of it so you can see for yourself. Where are all the buttons? I am already looking for a compatible universal remote with actual buttons on it. It took us two weeks to figure out how to raise and lower the volume. We still don't know how to mute the TV.The weirdest thing about this TV is that it seems to have a mind of its own. Some times we try shutting it off and it turns back on. I have come out of my room in the morning and the TV is on, even though I know I turned it off. We may have purchased a haunted TV. I'm not sure at this point. It's creepy coming in the room and seeing it on at the weirdest times. But it has a great picture once you can figure out how to use it and are playing high quality video. I gave three stars because the TV actually works decent for our purposes and the company selling the product was so willing to offer compensation. You have to love a company with staff that actually care. I would definitely buy from this company again. No question about it. I'm going to put it in my favorites.
