The blood orange and mango were a very nice flavor combination. Like another reviewer, I forgot to shake it before drinking the first time, but after doing that the flavors were very enjoyable. Light and refreshing with citrusy fruit flavor. I also appreciate that a 16 oz. can is only 80 calories. It is nice to be able to order a 12-pack from Amazon in order to keep them on hand for the time of the day when you need a little something to provide some energy.

I'm always on the lookout for natural energy drinks because I hate the taste of stuff like Red Bull, Monster, etc. I first came across Sir Inkwell's at Erewhon and opted to try it. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was and how energized I felt, without feeling jittery. I decided to purchase a whole case of the stuff from Amazon to try this flavor and I'm glad I did. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a natural boost of energy!

I was initially drawn to this product due to the flavors (blood orange and mango, yes please!). I’d been looking for a coffee / caffeine alternative. It’s not only DELICIOUS (balanced and feels like a real treat) but what blew my mind was the steady and smooth state of energy I had throughout the day. I don’t know much about adaptogens or ashwagandha, but the mix of these ingredients seems to actually work. Highly recommend and wouldn’t be surprised if this item takes off.

The first thing I’ll point out with this drink is the directions I missed first. “Please shake before opening” as printed on the side of the can. I can say that not doing this does have a noticeably different taste to it and shaking it does seem to balance out the flavors.The artwork on the can is interesting and a nice change of pace from what you normally see (makes me think I procured this from a wagon at a circus or something). The drink tastes pretty good, but I was surprised that it was not exactly, or just, blood orange and mango, but had some more floral notes that might be relatable to flower pedals and honey. If you don’t shake the can, it seems the floral notes are stronger and the citrus notes are more watered down. I actually enjoyed this flavor and glad that it didn’t meet my exact expectations for blood orange and mango alone.The drink is based on yerba mate, which I find provides a nice and smooth energy increase that lasts a decent amount of time with no crash. It’s like the energy doesn’t come on strong or quick, but more less noticeably and like a more natural wake up on your own than a forced boost. The other ingredients (ashwaggandha, reishi, and ginseng) seem to pair well with the yerba mate with a more calming effect and boost to cognition and focus. In all, this seems to be a drink that is delicious and subtle in what it does, almost like it is doing its work in the background and doesn’t really want to be noticed.

Unlike the brand in the yellow can, this drink was not too sweet and didn’t make me feel jittery. I loved the soft feel of the can too - definitely elevated the experience for me!Can’t wait to try all of the other flavors! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered the blood orange-mango and loved the sweet, subtle flavor. I’ve been wanting to try adaptogens and found this product an easy way to start incorporating them into my diet. Felt energized, but not jittery like I do with coffee or other Yerba mate products. Refreshing, tasty and energizing!

I consider myself a yerba mate expert. I have tried almost all the ones on the market and this one was recommended from a good friend. I have to say, I was BLOWN AWAY. The flavor is phenomenal and the caffeine and ashwaghanda are exactly what I wanted. I am a huge fan of the Blood Orange. I love that this is now on Amazon and plan on making this a monthly subscription. Love this.

I bought this on a whim because the flavors sounded good and I needed a break from coffee, and wanted a beverage with benefits, but I am SHOOK!!! It's actually so so good! I know ashwaganda can taste weird but you can't taste any of the herbs or anything. It's got a good jolt of caffeine too without making me feel shaky. I'm addicted.
