Incredible sound! Might arrive with small scuff mark
I absolutely LOVE these wireless earbuds! They got here so quickly and I love them so much I’m already writing a review.First off: I’m so impressed with the noise cancellation. Even without any sound playing they block out so much noise. I don’t know if it’s the active noise cancellation or just how well they fit because I didn’t even have it connected to my phone yet but they just blocked so much noise and it was so nice. I’m always looking for noise cancellation.I’m autistic and noise can become extremely overwhelming for me, especially in crowded places. Using things like ear defenders can be a great tool but it’s also very noticeable and can attract some negative attention, so something simple like wireless earbuds with noise cancellation that can also play music or white noise is absolutely perfect. Plus, purple is my favorite color!Second: the sound on these is amazing! I’m not an expert in sound by any means. I started out by just playing a couple songs and it sounded really good.I always play “Control” by Halsey as a control song (pun intended) whenever I’m testing out the sound on a speaker of any kind. I love that song and I feel like it has a lot going on that lower quality speakers can easily miss and it’s a song that helps me easily know if the sound is good or not. There’s lots of small sounds in the background, vocals, and other things that can be hard to pick up. These earbuds ABSOLUTELY passed the test with flying colors! I even noticed some vocals I’d never noticed before, even with my car sound system (albeit not a fancy sound system lol)! I’m so impressed with the sound on these, especially for the price. For comparison, I have Apple AirPods Pro and these sound WAY better than the AirPods Pro.I also tested the button controls and they all seem to work. Bluetooth connection was a breeze. The only control that “didn’t work” was skip back a song, but I use Pandora on my iPhone and that’s actually more of a problem with any Bluetooth device I use with my iPhone specifically with Pandora and has nothing to do with the earbuds, and more to do with iPhone.I can’t say anything about call quality because I didn’t purchase these to use them for calls, only for music. My only con:When these arrived and I pulled them out of the box I immediately noticed scuffing on the back of the case. At first I thought someone scuffed it up and returned it until I noticed the box inside was scuffed as well. My assumption is that even though there’s foam on the sides, the case still shook during shipping and squeaked and scuffed against the box, causing the marks on the case.A really simple solution for the seller would be to either make the foam encase the back of the case as well as the sides or to put one of those styrofoam wraps on the back of the box to keep the case from scuffing. There’s probably plenty of other solutions as well to prevent this that are also very simple. It’s noticeable but not so noticeable that I’m going to bother with returning it and honestly, it’s just the back of the case. Disappointing, but overall an amazing value, beautiful color, and still absolutely worth 5 stars.Even with that one defect, I will absolutely recommend these to everyone! If you’re thinking of buying these for music, do it!

Rich, full, immersive sound! LOVE THESE!!!!
Beautiful sound! Clear highs, melodic mids, and rich, full bass.IMPORTANT NOTE!At first, I mistakenly thought the sound was very tinny/trebly & lacking bass. WRONG!1) I swapped out the little earbud covers for the largest ones, so there is more coverage over the opening to my ear canal, and2) discovered the "hook" that goes over your ear can be pinched and shaped in a way that presses the earbud firmly into the ear. (maybe that's common knowledge for this type, but I am new to them.)VIOLA!! Amazing full, rich sound.I use these all day long for phone calls, Teams meetings for work, scrolling social media, watching vids and listening to music.PROs:-Amazing quality sound, far better than big brand names I have that cost 3 - 4x more.-They stay in my ears when chewing, or exercising, etc. (I have an expensive brand, [in-ear, no ear-hooks] and the right one always ejects from my ear if I chew, and, their sound quality is muddy compared to these.-The batteries last all day for me.-They charge very fast in the case.- These seamlessly hand off to my BMW as I am getting into the driver seat! (My more expensive ones are terrible at this and cause connection headaches for all devices and vehicles.)CONS:None!okay,... one VERY MINOR thing....and it is probably a BMW issue. When I leave my car, my iPhone bluetooth settings indicate these earbuds are connected, but, the sound plays from the iphone's speaker. I have to turn the iphone Bluetooth off and on again to connect correctly. NOT a big deal at all.BOTTOM LINE:For the price, you would be crazy not to try these. Just buy them!

A few hiccups but otherwise great for voice calls
The connection is very stable and the sound quality is very good for voice calls. Everyone I've spoken to says they can hear me clearly and I've yet to have any trouble hearing them. The hook design keeps them in place even through moderate activity or movement of the head/neck but I found out it can also interfere with charging them in the case if it's warped. When bent they lift the bud just enough to disengage the magnetic pull that holds them in place. They're easily manipulated so bending them back into shape doesn't require a lot of effort but you should double check that both LEDS are lit whenever you dock them to be sure. The button on each phone is an actual button you must physically push in to use various functions so it can be uncomfortable to use cause it pushes the bud into your ear. The various functions are sort of "Split" between the 2 buds as well so without both being used at the same time you will have very limited functionality or some features might even be disabled. Instructions for accessing those functions can also be difficult to remember. For instance if you want to adjust the volume you need to press the button on the right bud twice and hold it down on the second press to turn it "up" and do the same on the left bud to turn it "down"(or maybe it's vice-versa?) so I just control all that stuff from my actual phone to avoid any confusion. The buds CAN be used individually so if you don't want to connect and synch up both of them you can still use either one by itself. Pressing the button on the right bud once while no call is coming in will play whatever media you were last listening to and I do that by mistake a lot while putting it on or taking it off. While it's not exactly detrimental to their overall function, I have noticed when I play media by mistake it's almost always at full volume and literally hurts. It's really easy to press it in by mistake so I wish there was a way to "lock" the button and prevent that from happening. There seems to be some confusion about whether these can be turned off manually. I assure you that they CAN be powered off/on manually by pressing and holding down the button until you hear the words "power off/on".There's a kind of 2-part "flaw" I noticed while using these in conjunction with "Android Auto". Part 1: audio won't play through either these OR the hands free system in the car but it's only happened to me once so far. Part 2: after leaving the car, media audio will not resume playing on these as it should. This part happens pretty often actually but opening the Bluetooth settings on the phone and turning audio off then back on again fixes it.
