1 box of each flavor and 12 packets/sticks in each box. these are so much better than bouilon cubes that i cannot say anything other than PLEASE TRY THEM.

Is this broth gluten, soy and dairy free?

The front of the box has Gluten free. I don’t see any soy or dairy listed.

Seller; is there any garlic or onion in these? (I noticed the "natural flavors" and want to make sure that's not covering onion or garlic)

I don't know. All I know is it really works well useing it as a base for our sauces and gravy's.
