This was a wonderful surprise. I decided to make homemade alfredo sauce and these were incredible for this. It holds up with the heavy cream sauce and lots of veggies. I have bought this a few times now and will continue. It is well worth the price to have clean pasta.

This pasta has the best flavor we've ever tried outside of Italy. It also didn't bother our stomachs like most wheat pasta does. It's worth the price.
