The Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon gummies taste good and, have a good mix of supplements included in them. However, they do seem to stick to your teeth----not a big deal. I haven't noticed any weight loss or loss of appetite but I do appreciate the potential health benefits of taking them.

Tried these for about 60 days. Tastes good, never noticed any difference from using them but certainly didn't hurt.

Great ingredient list and amounts when compared to other berberine products available. Tastes good too!

Item arrived as described and very accurate to its advertised pictures. Loved the mango flavoring.

I’ve gone through many bottles of these, and they are usually great. I see several other recent reviews that there is a horrendous batch going around that has a horrible sandy and gritty texture and bad taste. I tried both bottles from the two pack and they are all bad. Serious quality control issue
