I was using Routine for last 3 years, it’s not bad but I was still losing hair. Once I switched to Botana I definitely noticed my hair gettinglonger, I noticed it more in the crown area where it barely grew before it was all baby hair before. The hair loss slowed down I still experience it but not bad as it was before. I love the smell. Oh I forgot to mention it doesn’t dry out the hair like Routine did.

Package arrived on time, properly packaged. I used the Batana hair oil, shampoo and conditioner for the first time and liked the feel and texture of my hair after the first use.

Love the smell and the product was good. I did not see the growth with my hair and I used product for a month or so.

I bought the shampoo specifically because it was advertised as unscented. As a person who suffers from severe migraines because the chemical sensitivity, it’s important that I get products that don’t aggravate that condition. Soon as I went to lather my hair with this “unscented“ shampoo I was hit with the strongest cologne scent I’ve ever come across in a shampoo. I am not exaggerating. It smelled like Brute and old spice mixed together. Since I didn’t know if the oil had its own sent, I double checked the ingredients and it definitely has fragrance. When fragrance isn’t about preference but about Health, you can’t play around, so I recommend avoiding this if you’re looking for a fragrance free product.

I have aged color treated and cancer survivor hair- meaning, it is thinning and seems to fall out more often than the average person. Anyway, after reading about this type of shampoo, decided to try. I have used it three times and have seen a remarkable difference in my hair. I have body, my hair stays cleaner longer ( up to four days now! as I do have oily hair) and it shines. Following the directions on its use is key. I like that when i comb it out wet it doesn't snag at all. that is a first for me. at 71 years old I have used many shampoos and hair treatments and none have been as successful for my straight fine and battled scared hair.

One pump of the shampoo and lather is everywhere! This will last quite a while for me! I really like this product! The smell is delicious and it left my 4c hair soft not dry like I’ve read in other reviews. BUT the conditioner was a struggle because the pump malfunctioned. The conditioner is really thick, which is fine, but it came out of the neck of the pump first and then out of the pump (see photo). It was a struggle but I got enough out for this session. Customer service was gracious enough to accept a return and issue a refund. I am willing to buy it again IF they’ll do some quality control, fix this issue and confirm it’s fixed in their product description. Otherwise, I’ll move on because I shouldn’t have to fight with a bottle to condition my hair. #3stars
