My Functional, Effective Nemesis 🤭
Okay, don’t be misled by the title. I actually really like and respect this little ball! It just kicks your arse in very little time. I’ve been adjusting my routine and I wanted to return to the Pilates/yoga ball. It supports your body in focused movements, the intensity is toned down, gentler on the body, but the efficiency is still there. It’s been amazing so far. It was good value, comes with its own pump, pumps up quickly, and has become a very effective part of my routine. It is easy to use and holds up well. It’s versatile during your workout. I’ve had no issues with air retention. Very nice. The only thing I could say is I would like a few more colors added. ✅ 9/10.

Great for at-home Pilates
Love my Pilates ball! Was introduced to many workouts with this ball in the Pilates studio and decided to get one myself to continue workouts at home. I tried other ones but most are too small. This one is a good size in my opinion and the material is very thick / durable. Not flimsy. Easy to inflate and use.

Color not as Pictured
The ball itself seems good but it is not the cute color that is pictured. It is more of a gray then green.

Perfect Size, Holds Air
This size is slightly larger than most on the market but I found this to work better for that reason. It’s versatile and has the perfect amount of give for yoga, physical therapy, and pelvic floor training. Comes with a hand pump, is easy to air up, and holds the air well which was super important to me. Glad I went with this one instead of the other brands.

Perfect Size
This ball works great with my home exercise program. It is just the right size. You can use the manual pump and inflate it as firm as you need. I'm very please with this purchase.

Great for exercise
I bought this ball for exercises. It works out fine for the purpose that I purchased it for good for the price. Seems to be Good quality also. The plastic that they made the ball out of is thick enough that this ball will last quite a while. It was a good purchase.
