Unable to charge it only after 3 month of use. Worst experience. No technical assistance is being provided by Amazon. While purchasing it was clearly mentioned as 1 year warranty. Now service not available for this product.

Software updates are highly required, no stark difference between 11 & 12 and too much heating issues.

Only 1 yr warranty is available with the product. Seklet LAPIPAD is a complete fraud and this is not for sale in India its a imported product and you will not get Extended warranty
