Life saver
Has helped immensely. I’ve started going through the perimenopause process and I had been itching terribly. This has helped a lot and if I get itchy again I can apply a small amount and it calms it down again.Also, the 4 oz tub is lasting forever. A little goes a long way.

Works. feels good. I've had it for ~3 weeks, using just a tiny bit every day or more often. It is good, and I'm much less itchy, but still itchy in places. My pee is not burning like before. I'm 57 years old, so not in the beginning of menopause. It feels pretty good and seems to work. No problems with staining clothes.

Very effective
This is a good product for discomfort during menopause (peri/pre). It provides instant relief for an extended period of time. This does not treat any infections or balance flora. It is scent free and a little goes a long way.

Fantastic Moisturizer
The moisture this product provides is wonderful. Great product, great price. When first applying, you will feel like it is gritty. It is, because of a seed used in the balm. But as the balm sinks in, reacts to your body temperature, the seed appears to dissolve. Long lasting.

I think this is an excellent product
I have waited a month after buying this product to leave a review. It says on the label that it is a "cream and balm". I can agree with the "balm", but I could never say that it is a "cream". The more solid "waxy" nature of the product took a little getting used to, but the results are excellent. Itching and irritation are gone, using it twice a day morning and bedtime. I will buy it again.

Finally!
After two years of discomfort and misery I have finally found something that works! I do use this in conjunction with a colloidal oatmeal soap, and have found they work best together.It is a small jar, but it will last as you only need a little at a time. The relief was almost instant. It doesn’t really have a smell, it’s not really greasy. I apply in the morning and before bed.I cannot recommend this enough!
