Honestly a fantastic tasting on the “Go” bar! I have spend years trying the latest and greatest on the go bars for a fuel source. Almost all have fallen flat on taste. Use them on mountain runs I do for time for a boost when I need some fuel. These aren’t a protein bar, they are a fuel bar great for long endurance activities.Honestly taste like the homemade ones I make and would definitely buy again.

Quick carbs that make for the best pre-workout! I especially love that they use gluten free oats. Easy on the stomach, and very tasty! Sweet, which I like. Good texture. Filling enough for my morning training sessions so I don't have to train on an empty stomach.

Quality and taste is certainly there. Filling and great before a workout/run. A bit on the sweeter side but enjoyable with good carbs and energy.

I'm not a big fan of eating before I run but with long runs, it's definitely an important part. These bars have been a life saver. Light and easy to digest and haven't had any issues with it hurting my stomach.

Straight out the box, couldn’t wait to try them and they didn’t let me down. These are INCREDIBLE. Absolutely one of the best and healthiest granola bar I’ve ever had. Little on the pricy side but its expected for a health product. My only disappointment is that its low on protein. 4g per bar is a little low but if this is used as a mid-post workout, I would absolutely down one of these.

I eat one first thing in the morning before running. Perfect as an easy, light energy source. Will continue to purchase.
