This is NOT a cleaner—it’s watered-down shampoo at best. My shoes are damaged, discolored, and the fabric is completely ruined after one use. It literally changed the color of my shoes once they dried. What kind of garbage is this?Also, the 5-star reviews? 100% fake—don’t fall for it. This is hands down the worst product I’ve ever bought, and clearly the company has no clue what they’re doing. Horrible product, horrible quality, and absolutely pathetic management.Attaching photos because words aren’t enough to show how badly this crap messed up my shoes. Avoid at all costs.

Although it works as it is supposed to. But requires more amount of foam than what is advertised and also I feel the brush is too small which makes it little different to hold properly. And apart form this, it's a must have product.
