feels entirely worth it.
As a human who's been navigating the journey of pregnancy (or supporting someone who is!), finding a prenatal multivitamin that truly aligns with health values and provides comprehensive support is paramount. That's why I'm genuinely thrilled to share my positive experience with the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin. From the moment I started taking these, the quality was evident. What immediately stood out was the commitment to being Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Vegan. In a world where so many supplements are filled with unnecessary additives, it's incredibly reassuring to know that I'm putting only the cleanest, most natural ingredients into my body – and by extension, supporting my developing baby with the best possible foundation. The blend of essential nutrients in this prenatal is truly impressive. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of Vitamin D3, B6, B12, C, Iron, and Folate. During pregnancy, energy levels can be a real rollercoaster, and I genuinely felt a noticeable difference in my sustained energy throughout the day, which I attribute to the potent B vitamins. Furthermore, knowing that it provides crucial folate for healthy fetal development gives immense peace of mind. It’s not just about meeting the minimum requirements; it’s about providing optimal support.Beyond the ingredients, the product itself is easy to incorporate into a daily routine. The fact that it's a 30-day supply makes it convenient for monthly replenishment. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, which can sometimes be a concern with supplements, and the gentle formulation has been kind to my sensitive stomach. In summary, the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin is a truly high-quality product that I wholeheartedly recommend. It's a fantastic choice for any expectant mother seeking a clean, effective, and ethically produced prenatal that genuinely supports both her well-being and the healthy development of her baby. It’s an investment in health that feels entirely worth it.

I'm so amazed. My new multi.
If you're like most people, you've probably tried SO many different vitamins. Methylated, liposomal, fat-soluble, etc. It doesn't stop there. Multivitamins for over 30, over 50, one size fits all, prenatal, diabetic, etc. Then you get into more specific ones where you literally have to dedicate an entire pantry to fit all your vitamins, the A, B, C, D and E vitamins, ashwaganda, garlic, methylcobalamin, Xanthanthine, etc. No more need ladies. I just hit my 40s and my hair has been thinning and falling out as observable on the root of my hair strands where it gets thinner and the sheer amount of hair I pick up in the shower. I've had to cut down my cholesterol by way of reducing red meat, which has reduced my iron levels. Iron is crucial for hair and is one of the probably many variables you've explored if you're in my same shoes. The B vitamins were doing nothing. I've had IV infusions for this problem and still didn't notice any benefit. I've only started taking this for a few days and already, my hair which would go from like 20-30 strands of daily loss has been cut by a half. I probably need to keep taking this and wait a bit longer to see the full threshold. So my guess is, it must be the iron in this. Or who knows what else. I do know it is potent as I feel sustained energy. My digestive system accepts it no problem as it's actual food and not just a bunch of minerals stamped together. I'm happy it's all organic, real food, and has good stuff in it. Taking 3 a day doesn't bother me. The size is shy of horse pills, but not too intimidating. The taste, smell, and aftertaste are fine to me, not bothersome. I know it's more expensive than your average supplement, but you should never go cheap on your health and this is the good real stuff, not the synthetic stuff. It's absorbed by your body more effectively. These also don't have artificial binders or fillers. 2 thumbs up! BTW, cutting red meat cut my lipids to the low 40s which is on the very low range. I did it with diet, exercise, apple cider vinegar in water, and mainly cutting out red meat. If you're dealing with this issue, try this, but of course watch your minerals. Don't go to automatically thinking you need more B like I did. Iron is a culprit and prenatal have them for fetal development. Opt for fish, nuts, avocados, and plant based foods. Then you can get a grade A+ from your doctor for the cholesterol. I'm not taking this for pregnancy at all. It's just got so much good stuff all women can benefit from in any stage of life. It's whole food! Just don't take it thinking you're consuming good food. That's not it. You can overdose on vitamins causing toxicity in your body.

Large pills but great quality
I have repurchased this 3 times. It is on sale a lot which is nice since it is a pricier alternative for prenatals. But this is one of the only prenatals I have tried that doesn't make me nauseas. I will say, the pills are HUGE so if you have a hard time swallowing pills, this might not be the one for you. And the serving size is 3 per day so it is a lot but its great ingredients and doesn't make me nauseas so that is a win for me.

Organic supplement that won’t cause stomach upset
No stomach upset anymore. Other non organic supplements caused me to have stomach upset and weird hiccups, but this one solved the problem, maybe because it’s organic. The pill is pretty big tbh, but not a big problem. Checked my vitamin levels after taking this for 15 days and they’re all good.

Great vitamin, organic compared to the rest
Great vitamin and I never feel sick afterwards. The pill is HUGE so if that’s a problem I would say this is not for you. Also make sure you read the label, serving size is 3 tablets. All and all I feel happy with my decision

The Go To Prenatal!
I have taken this product for over a year now. So far, there are no negatives to this product! I take this prenatal every morning even postpartum because my son is still nursing and gives him and myself all the vitamins and supplements needed to grow big and strong! Keeping a healthy body is very important to moms so taking this prenatal is the one for you! I don't ever feel nauseous as some prenatal vitamins can do this not from morning sickness. I received the 180 count. These multi vitamin prenatals are vegan, organic and has over 20 vitamins and supplements within each tablet. They also have a very wide variety of organic food blends within each tablet. The pill is a little larger than average sized pills but its oval shape makes it easy to swallow.
